By using this website or commissioning an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services described

Pages describing engagements, rates, and methods are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline are set only in a written estimate or engagement letter we issue for your category and deliverables.

Intellectual property

Website content, visual design, and our method materials remain the property of Reason Routecore Co., Ltd. Deliverables created for a client under an engagement letter are licensed for the client’s internal commercial use as stated in that letter. You may not resell our reading guides or dashboard templates as a product of your own without written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of price lists, invoice extracts, and trade-term sheets you provide. You confirm you have the right to share them with us for the engagement.

Limitation of liability

Pricing insight briefs support commercial discussion; they are not legal, tax, or investment advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reason Routecore Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you make after receiving a brief or dashboard. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements performed under them, unless an engagement letter states otherwise.
